2-3 lbs. sablefish, cubed
1/2 cup light teriyaki sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup snow peas or frozen peas
2 cups mushrooms

1/2 medium onions, finely sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup cashews or almond slices
2 cups cooked rice

Marinate the sablefish in teriyaki and lemon juice for 1-2 hours. While fish is marinating, cut up vegetables; the choice of vegetables is optional.

In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil. When wok is hot, add marinated fish, stir, and turn pieces over for 1 minute. Add the vegetables and cashews or almonds and cover for another minute. Add the vegetables and cashews or almonds and cover for another minute. Add remaining marinade and stir together. When vegetables are tender but still crisp, it is ready. Serve over a bed of rice.
