Restore America's Estuaries has announced plans for the Second National Conference on Coastal and Estuarine Habitat Restoration, to be held at Washington State Trade & Convention Center in Seattle, September 12-15, 2004. The first such gathering was held in Baltimore in April 2003, and attracted 800 attendees representing government agencies, nonprofit organizations, corporations, scientists, educators, and community and tribal groups.
