All we ask from our members is that they do not serve the four fish listed on our website (orange roughy, Chilean sea bass, swordfish, and European caviar from the Caspian sea).

We encourage members to check our website for interesting news articles on many types of fish species at risk or links to other fishy websites, in the hope that you will perhaps choose not to serve other types of endangered seafood.
