Jamie Kennedy will explore with you the beauty of fish and the notion that we are exploiting nature's bounty for the purpose of short term economic gain. Jamie firmly believes that Canadian food professionals have an important role to play in re-establishing an equilibrium which will help sustain fish populations for future generations. He also believes that food professionals can help educate the public. His presentation will highlight the importance of making sustainable seafood choices and will provide some examples of how food professionals might do this.
